IMVAC Inaugural Event in Europe Exceeds Attendance Goals and Announces New Location in Asia
The European International Machine Vibration Analysis Conference (IMVAC) was well-attended in Antwerp, Belgium, and now IMVAC announces a fourth event location in Singapore.
Mobius Institute, the premier provider of vibration analysis, condition monitoring and reliability training & certification, today announced its European International Machine Vibration Analysis Conference (IMVAC) was well-attended with over 170 professionals at its inaugural event held in Antwerp, Belgium. The IMVAC Europe event is one of four IMVAC conferences being held worldwide. The demonstrated momentum of IMVAC led conference organizers to announce the newest location held in Singapore on April 10-12, 2018.
IMVAC Europe offered a variety of learning opportunities that ranged from basic to advanced vibration analysis and condition monitoring topics including four streams of workshops, presentations and hands-on sessions delivered by experts in the community. More than 170 industry professionals attended the three-day event, which also featured 13 leading exhibiting companies representing multiple condition monitoring technologies, such as: Vibration, Ultrasound, Motor Testing, Alignment/Balancing, Infrared, and Lubrication. Mobius Institute Announces the Expansion of its Scholarship Program in 2017
Mobius Institute expands its International Scholarship program four-fold with quarterly awards provided to worthy candidates wanting to become qualified vibration analysts.
Mobius Institute, the premier provider of reliability improvement, vibration analysis and precision maintenance courses and training products, in cooperation with the International Machine Vibration Analysis Conference (IMVAC) today announced the expansion of the Mobius Institute Scholarship Program, from three awards per year to 12 awards in 2017.
The Mobius Institute International Scholarship was launched in 2016 to provide deserving candidates access to ISO Category I and II training courses and examinations without needing to pay for education and examination fees. In addition, under the scholarship program General Awards, one Top Award recipient is selected to receive an additional benefit of an expenses-paid trip to an IMVAC conference of their choice to associate with other vibration analysts and to learn from industry experts and technology providers of vibration analysis, condition monitoring and reliability improvement.
More than 330 prospective vibration analysts applied for the scholarship during its inaugural year. With such a great interest and Mobius’ desire to help out those who need and deserve opportunity, Jason Tranter, the founder and managing director of Mobius Institute, decided to expand the program.
“Our goal in 2016 was to help three people to be trained and certified, enabling them to become practicing vibration analysts. IMVAC 2016 Inaugural Conference is a Success, Adds a Fourth Event Venue During 2017
The inaugural International Machine Vibration Analysis Conference in Orlando, Florida delivers an “all thumbs-up” event to attendees and adds Gold Coast, QLD, Australia to the 2017 event schedule.
