The deadline to make your reservation and to take advantage of the CBM Conference discounted room rate is May 14th (A credit card guarantee is required). Please note: if you cancel your room reservation within 5 days or less of your arrival you will be charged 2 nights’ room charge.

Overnight self-parking at the Crowne Plaza is special conference rate of 12.00 EUR per day.

For each day of your conference pass: morning and afternoon coffee and tea snack break, lunch, access to the exhibition hall, choice of four streams of presentations, evening reception/dinner, and all conference presentations available for download before, during and after the conference. Please note: the conference fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

The nearest major airport is Antwerp International Airport (ANR / EBAW). This airport has international flights and is 6 km from Antwerp, Belgium.

Brussels Airport (BRU / EBBR), which has international flights from Brussels, Belgium and is 42 km from Antwerp, Belgium.

Airport Transportation from Brussels

Airport Express buses operated by De Decker-Van Riet connect Antwerp city and Brussels Airport hourly in 45 minutes. The one-way fare is €10. You will buy tickets directly from the driver with cash only.

The train station is located in the Brussels airport below the terminal; basement level 1. Train to Antwerp is approximately 32 minutes.

Taxis are available in front of arrivals. Use only licensed taxis recognized by the blue and yellow emblem.

The rental car park entrance is located left of the access road to the airport.

Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the entire hotel throughout the duration of the event.

You can update your CBM Conference registration from your emailed confirmation. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than 18 May 2019 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 18 May 2019 or for no shows at the conference.
