Bio

Hebert has been a Regional Manager at PdMA Corporation for 15 years.  He has 25+ years of experience in the Supply Chain.  His work experience includes holding management, engineering and quality assurance positions at various manufacturing plants.  He is an Industrial Engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

During his years of experience as a Plant Manager, in Latin and North America, he led the implementation of Lean-Manufacturing as well as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in three different facilities, driving up the overall equipment effectiveness.

Since 2004 he’s been with PdMA Corporation, leading the international marketing and sales division.  During his years with PdMA he has helped over 500 plants to improve uptime by increasing motor reliability.
