Exhibit Information

Each 20′ x 8′ booth includes table, (4) chairs, wastebasket and power (room is carpeted).

Exhibit Set-Up:
Monday, November 12th – 3:00 – 6:00pm
Tuesday, November 13th – 9:00am – 3:00pm
MUST BE SET-UP BY 3:00PM!

Exhibit Dismantle:
Thursday, November 15th – 1:00 – 6:00pm
MUST BE DISMANTLED BY 6:00PM!

Session breaks, lunch, evening reception with food and drink in Exhibition Hall. Please join us for the evening dinner with entertainment from 6:30 – 9:00pm on the patio!

Thursday, November 15th – 9:30am – 1:00pm

EXHIBITOR INTRODUCTION
As part of your exhibit package we are offering you an opportunity to stand in front of the attendees and talk about your company for three minutes. You will stand alphabetically off the stage and walk up individually to take the mic from Jason Tranter. Your logo will be on a slide, but you also have the opportunity to provide us with another slide as well (see requirements below). We have very limited time, so you will have three minutes to speak to the audience about your organization and any interesting information you’d like to share. Please practice ahead of time, as we cannot go over our time limits.

  1. Provide me with one slide of your choosing by November 1, 2018. Also let me know who will be speaking for your organization.
  2. Wednesday, November 14, 2018 you need to be in the keynote room by 07:50.
  3. You will have 3 minutes to get in front of the attendees to share something about your company. Here are the slide requirements: ONE slide ONLY; NO animation or interactive elements; Suggestion: Focus on one thing the attendees can learn/see/do at your booth.
