  • What is included in the conference registration fee?

    For each day of your 3 or 4 day conference pass: welcome coffee/tea, snack and refreshment break, lunch, access to the exhibition hall, choice of two streams of presentations, evening reception/dinner, and all conference presentations available for download before, during and after the conference. Please note: the conference fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

    The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) is approximately 57.9km from The Westin Kuala Lumpur Hotel.

    Transportation

    Train: The fastest way to get from KLIA to the city centre is by taking the KLIA Ekspres. There is a non-stop service to the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) located in in KL Sentral which will take 28 minutes. There is also a transit train service with 3 stops along the journey at Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, and Salak Tinggi. The transit train service will take 35 minutes. The trains are equipped with comfortable seats, digital entertainment, wheelchair seat restraint, wheelchair-friendly washroom, and luggage racks.

    Car Hire: There are several car rental companies that serve klia2 for your transportation convenience.

    If driving, guests landing in both KLIA and KLIA2 can access to The Westin Kuala Lumpur by the KLIA Extension (E6) to be connected to the ELITE Express Way. About 24KM into the ELITE Express Way, exit out to Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur – Putrajaya (E20). Follow Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur – Putrajaya/E20 to Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur. Take exit 2001-Tun Razak for Jln. Tun Razak toward KLCC/Jalan Ampang. Continue on Jalan Tun Razak and drive towards Jalan Bukit Bintang where The Westin Kuala Lumpur is located.

    Bus: KLIA has a variety of bus service that can take you to several destinations in within Peninsula Malaysia. You can take the bus service by going to Level 1, Block C, Short-Term Car Park and Level 1, Main Terminal Building.

    Taxi: There are two types of taxi service in KLIA, airport taxi and metered city taxi.

    Airport Taxi

    Airport taxi operates through a coupon system that can be purchased at the respective counters. The airport taxi service provider has a variety of vehicle types in their fleet ranging from family sedans to luxury vehicles. The charges start from a minimum of MYR37 and are fixed based on the desired destinations.

    Metered City Taxi

    Metered taxi service is available at KLIA and charges are according to distance/time inclusive of a flag fall charge for the first 1km or 3 minutes of between MYR3.00 to MYR6.00 depending on the taxi type. Subsequent charges are based on the distance or time travelled.

  • Is internet available during the event?

    Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the entire hotel during the duration of the conference.

  • How do I make changes to my registration?

    You can update your CBM CONNECT + RELIABILITY CONNECT Conference registration from your emailed confirmation. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

  • Who should I contact regarding special requests?

  • How do I obtain a VISA letter of invitation?

    Email becky@mobiusinstitute.com with the subject: CBM CONNECT + RELIABILITY CONNECT Conference Visa Invitation.

  • How do I cancel my registration?

    Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than 11 June 2020 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 11 June 2020 or for no shows at the conference.

    If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person in your company. Please e-mail your requests to Becky at becky@mobiusinstitute.com.
