What is included in the conference registration fee?
For each day of your 3 or 4 day conference pass: welcome coffee/tea, snack and refreshment break, lunch, access to the exhibition hall, choice of two streams of presentations, evening reception/dinner, and all conference presentations available for download before, during and after the conference. Please note: the conference fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

How do I make changes to my registration?
You can update your CBM CONFERENCE registration from your emailed confirmation. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

How do I cancel my registration?
Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than November 9, 2019 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after November 9, 2019 or for no shows at the conference.
