Moving forward with hindsight – the key to successful reliability transformation

Jason Tranter, Founder and CEO, Mobius Institute

Description

Learning from failure is an effective but painful way to learn – if you are learning from your own failures. The least painful, and thus most successful and sustainable way forward is to take all the elements that have worked for others and combine them, step-by-step, into a seamless strategy. In just 45 minutes you can learn about a process that is ultimately 35 years in the making, and 10 years in development. If your reliability program is not delivering the desired results, and especially if you are still experiencing reactive maintenance, you must attend this session.
